Overview
Lead preconstruction estimating, cost analysis, and project scoping for construction projects.

Tasks
-Consults with customers, subcontractors, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. -Can provide conceptual estimates and project scope from limited Customer information within 24 hours. -Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, change order pricing, vendors or subcontractors agreement, and determining cost effectiveness. -Total understanding of all divisions of work and is able to extract required information from Customer’s to develop a “Request for Proposal”. -Reviews data and blueprints to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized lists of cost estimates. -Conducts special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or effect cost reductions.
