Tasks

-Ensuring that a company’s policies meet legal and commercial needs -Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing -Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment -Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups -Encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups -Organising events for employees and their teams -Writing and actioning a company's social responsibility strategy -Developing policies relating to a company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities -Reporting on social responsibility activity to senior managers. -Conducting research into best practice -Monitoring achievement against project planning requirements -Send Vacancy to a friend

What You Bring

-Ability to visit different sites and training days -Not enrolled on any other courses -Ability to work in all weather conditions to serve our customers and protect the environment -18+ due to site H&S rules -Excellent communication and collaboration skills and enjoy working with multiple teams -Able to understand and follow health and safety protocols -Full access to own vehicle and driving licence -Living in England for the last 3 years and have right to work status -Curiosity to learn quickly in a reactive and dynamic working environment. -Ability to analyse and interpret information and effectively communicate this to different team members and audiences -Ability to quickly prioritise tasks and the initiative to dive head-first into problem solving

-Pioneered a flexible ATA model across London to counter the decline in construction apprenticeships. -Operates independently yet is accredited by the National Apprenticeship Service, partnering with contractors, developers, councils, colleges, and charities. -Brokers apprenticeships across multiple construction projects, supporting trades like plumbing, carpentry, electrical, dry-lining, groundworks, and site management, as well as business administration roles. -Works on projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to public infrastructure, fulfilling Section 106 obligations and developer skills targets.
