Tasks
-Maintain a high degree of safety on our work across the jobsite -Earn the trust of clients by cultivating relationships, communicating swiftly, collaborating, and solving challenges -Mitigate and manage project risk, and elevate concerns - and solutions - quickly to Project Operations and Field Operations leadership -Ensure the timely completion of all job closeout procedures -Understand the full scope of the project contract and negotiate changes as needed -Review all project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contracts -Work with departments across the organization to ensure that project materials are available and in place as needed -Manage all project finance requirements, including billings, project setup, project buy-out, project cost control, change order management, and cost-to-complete -Create and manage the full project schedule from project kickoff to project closeout -Serve as a key leader to our project team, and provide clear communication and guidance to all team members -Chair project meetings including planning, progress updates, and reviews with customers

What You Bring
-Bonus Points: You earned your Construction Management degree, Engineering degree, Construction Management Program certificate, or another related degree -Bonus Points: You have extensive knowledge in construction management software -Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification -Required: You have at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction project management or equivalent field management experience -You’re a leader and are effective at motivating and mentoring junior colleagues -You’re organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail -Bonus Points: You’re experienced with design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects around $5M to $50M -You’re a great communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our jobsites and organization
