Tasks

-Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects -Assist in the maintenance and support of Ulteig’ s technology infrastructure, including servers, networking, cloud, and collaboration technologies -Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues -Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's technology systems -Work with the team to implement new technology solutions -Create and maintain technical documentation, including system procedures, troubleshooting steps, and project summaries.

What You Bring

-Demonstrate ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation (e.g. procedures, troubleshooting guides, project reports) -Demonstrate openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement -Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field -Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences -Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S. -Real-world experience in enterprise infrastructure environments -Strong customer support experience, IT support experience preferred -Familiarity with technology infrastructure concepts and systems -Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly -Ability to work independently and take initiative -Exposure to cloud technologies, networking, and IT support practices -Network, Server, Cloud, or IT certifications are a plus -Related Course work in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, DevOps, or related topics -Excellent communication and teamwork skills -Ability to work full-time during Summer 2026 -Experience preparing documentation for internal knowledge bases or external stakeholders is a plus
