The Role

Overview

Install, maintain, and repair non‑IT healthcare equipment at client sites.

Tasks

-Identify and escalate project issues, inventory concerns, or site discrepancies in real time -Maintain clean and organized work areas at all job sites -Verify delivery and condition of parts and materials at each site -Capture and upload high-quality photos showing completed work and any noted issues -Complete daily documentation including timecards, expense reports, service notes, and checklists -Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client representatives -Report missing, damaged, or incorrect inventory before starting installations -Communicate effectively with Field Managers, Team Leads, and clients throughout project execution -Return unused or damaged units to proper packaging as required -Use hand and power tools to install on a variety of surfaces including drywall, tile, and masonry -Submit sign-off forms and reports using company systems -Read and interpret installation diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals -Install, troubleshoot, and repair non-networked healthcare equipment at medical and commercial facilities

What You Bring

-Prior experience working in healthcare or regulated environments -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Familiarity with reading blueprints or installation guides -Background in construction, low-voltage systems, plumbing, or general maintenance -You’re calm under pressure and capable of solving problems independently -Proficient with standard hand and power tools (drills, levels, etc.) -Comfortable working independently in customer-facing environments -High School Diploma or GED -1+ year experience in a field service, maintenance, or hands-on trade role -You communicate clearly and professionally with teammates and clients alike -Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
