Manage tool crib inventory, orders, and equipment logistics for internal and external clients in Edmonton.

Tasks

-Report and track damaged equipment -Assist with Shipping & Receiving -Maintain records on the usage of and status of tool crib equipment -Log test equipment in/out of an asset management program -Inspect, clean and test electrical tools and testing sets for defects -Complete billing documentation and submit invoices to accounting as required -Manage scheduling of Magna vehicles, rental vehicles, and equipment -Order equipment from vendors and complete all necessary documentation -Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the tool crib to ensure a safe and productive workplace -Complete pick up and deliveries within the Alberta area when required -Load and unload electrical equipment -Provide assistance or direction to other regional stockrooms, warehouses, or storage workers -Mark tool crib items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment

What You Bring

-Proven safety orientation -Knowledge of electrical equipment -Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds -Customer service experience -Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail -Proficient computer skills -Experience working in a Tool Crib, Engineering or Field Services environment would be an asset -Must be able to work at repetitive tasks -Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision -Valid driver’s license -Must be able to work in a dynamic work environment -Professional team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal -Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
