The Role

Overview

Oversee daily building operations, inspections, supplies, and emergency response.

Tasks

-Ensure the building is ready to go each morning -Ensure all furniture is set to the approved layouts -Daily, weekly, monthly building inspections. -Repair/adjust furniture (No moving furniture without facilities approval) -During busy times, you may need to assist the porter with restocking, cleanup, etc. -Hanging items (Needs to be approved by facilities first) -Checking custodial cleaning/restocking was completed to our standards -Supplement day porter as needed -Load copiers – paper and staples

-HVAC on and running properly -Lighting, AV, water, gas – inspected and ready to go for labs/classes -Emergency response to hot/cold calls, leaks, etc.
