What You Bring

The opportunity Downer's Energy & Utilities business is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RTO Coordinator to join our Energy Networks team. This role supports the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training activities, ensuring compliance with ASQA and RTO standards. You'll work closely with trainers, assessors, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records, coordinate training schedules, and support audit readiness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for training coordination and a strong understanding of compliance requirements to contribute to a high-performing team. What we're looking for -Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Training, or related field -2+ years' experience in RTO administration or training coordination -Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) -Knowledge of ASQA standards and compliance requirements -Experience using Student Management Systems (e.g. VETtrak) -Effective communication and problem-solving abilities -Strong administrative and organisational skills -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
