- Evaluate functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments and identifying problems and requirements.
- Assist in developing maintenance policies, procedures, and checklists.
- Meets maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training.
- Consult with technical experts and senior leaders as needed to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program, operating and testing systems and equipment, and restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
- Reviewing the work of staff, resolving technical problems & troubleshooting.
- Supervise/lead a small unit of the team at the Site for the Hard FM scope to deliver high-standard services.
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and on time.
- Set the shift schedule and assignments, and respond to maintenance requests.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal codes and regulations.
- Oversee and manage the maintenance and operation of the physical infrastructure and systems within a facility.
- Orders tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Needs to be involved in mechanical, electrical, building services, infrastructure & technical aspects, to ensure that they are functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Organizes and leads maintenance training.
- Hires and manages maintenance workers and contractors.
- Responsible for the management of the facilities as per the scope of work/contractual obligations.
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
- Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

- 5+ years of related experience in TFM and preferably 3+ years overseas
- Understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Leadership skills to manage and coordinate a team of technicians and service personnel.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the specific hard services within the industry (e.g., HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems).
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
