Tasks

-Lead all aspects of the project to ensure safety, quality and daily progress. -Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams. -Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation to ensure profitability. -Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule. -Partner closely with the Superintendent to coordinate self-performed concrete crews.

-A hands-on leader who understands self-performed concrete construction. -Strong scheduling and cost management skills. -Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities on site. -Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, HCSS, and Vista a plus. -5+ years of experience managing concrete or heavy civil projects. -A strong communicator and collaborator who builds trust across teams. -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field. -Proven success managing self-performed concrete structures, piers, footings, foundations, slabs, walls, etc.
