- Passion for collaborative design and commitment to design excellence across scales.
- NAAB accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
- Proven experience in construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide design teams and external collaborators.
- Experience with project management, schematic design, and construction drawings.
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, detailing, and building systems.
- 6+ years of professional experience within the architecture industry, preferably in community, cultural, or housing projects.
- Proficiency in rendering software and a keen eye for graphic composition.
- Familiarity with ADA standards, local building codes, and zoning regulations.
- Licensed Architect in Virginia or in a state with reciprocity in Virginia.
- Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, SketchUp Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
