  • Engage with civic stakeholders and end-users to inform and enrich the design process.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate urban design and resilience strategies into architectural solutions.

  • Passion for collaborative design and commitment to design excellence across scales.
  • NAAB accredited Bachelor or Master of Architecture.
  • Proven experience in construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide design teams and external collaborators.
  • Experience with project management, schematic design, and construction drawings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, detailing, and building systems.
  • 6+ years of professional experience within the architecture industry, preferably in community, cultural, or housing projects.
  • Proficiency in rendering software and a keen eye for graphic composition.
  • Familiarity with ADA standards, local building codes, and zoning regulations.
  • Licensed Architect in Virginia or in a state with reciprocity in Virginia.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, SketchUp Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
