-Ability and desire to work on an active construction site in central Indiana -Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technology -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Current college student entering their Sophomore, Junior or Senior year studying Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or Occupational Environmental Health and Safety. -Reliable transportation to and from work-related activities and assignments -Ability to work independently while still contributing and collaborating in a team -Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
