Global Construction Data & Performance Manager

Tasks

-Standardize analytical methodologies across different Product Performance Specialists (PPS) in the region and globally to ensure consistency in prioritization and reporting. -Coordinate / lead a team to support to execute these activities. -Develop technology-based tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms) to clearly and consistently present field quality data. -Monitor ongoing PIPs (recalls) to ensure timely and proper implementation, effective resource use, and adherence to planned timelines. -Analyze product quality data from all global markets and generate actionable insights to help the team address top priorities leading the organization to a Digital Transformation on Quality data and Customer Experience improvement. -Have transversal connection and synergy with all Quality leader for Construction Equipment from, NA, SA, EMA and APAC. -Ensure key warranty issues and customer perception metrics are clearly identified for each product line and manufacturing facility. -Manage the Product Improvement Process (PIP), ensuring recall launches are carefully coordinated, that process steps flow efficiently, and stakeholders are continuously informed of required actions. Develop Power BI dashboards for PIP monitoring. -Analyze warranty data in relation to warranty costs, and interpret and continuously improve information systems that manage these calculations to ensure accurate reflection of reality and support CNH in audits and compliance processes. -Support the finance department by providing clear explanations for month-over-month variations in reserve adjustments based on warranty data.

What You Bring

-Finance basic knowledge: budgeting process, economics, forecast. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling. -5 plus years' of Digital Transformation Management and Customer Experience -Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and extracting actionable insights. -Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. -5 plus years’ experience with Agricultural or Construction Business -7+ years’ experience with Leadership (direct reports) -Strong organizational and project management skills. -Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI and/or Qlik Sense. -Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering, IT or related field or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of experience with automotive, agriculture or construction equipment. -Solid understanding of information systems and their role in quality, warranty, and compliance processes. -5 plus years' of Leadership experience -7+ years’ experience with Data Analysis tools such as Power BI and Qlik Sense -3+ years’ experience working with statistical tools and/or analytics
