The Role

Overview

Perform mechanical maintenance on ROVs and related equipment in the workshop.

Tasks

-To become familiar with and to maintain awareness of Saipem’s current requirements / protocols / policies and where applicable, the latest Industry Codes and Standards including statutory rules and regulations -To develop and gain knowledge and experience on mechanical maintenance activities related to Saipem’s ROV and Equipment -To ensure that all activities are carried out in a manner consistent with Saipem’s policy on health, safety, quality and environmental matters in accordance with Saipem specific procedures -To assist in carrying out mechanical maintenance and repair activities on workshop equipment -To assist in carrying out mechanical maintenance activities on Saipem’s ROV and Equipment (ROV, TMS, Winch, HPU, etc), under supervision/direction of the Lead technicians in the workshop.

What You Bring

-Industry training in mechanical disciplines, i.e. Time-served, or equivalent -Previous mechanical maintenance experience in a similar or equivalent role -6-month Contractor role (potential to become a staff role in the future). Full time, 37.5 hours per weeks.
