Identify, evaluate, and acquire off‑market residential properties as an acquisition agent.

Tasks
-Smart Tech: Use our proprietary investment marketplace to streamline deals -Negotiate and secure purchase contracts -Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps, etc.) -Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other local sources -Source residential properties through prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads -Our agents can close a transaction within their first 60 days and average 26 transactions per year -Work closely with your team of Sales Agents to ensure a fast, efficient transaction -Unmatched Data: Make dozens of offers on homes per month
