Demcom are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual with a keen eye for detail to join our expanding team, in the role of Estimator. -Problem solving skills. -Proficiency in completing bill of quantities for estimation and accurate calculations. -Proven experience in estimating within the demolition and / or construction industry and in estimating works. -Ability to be methodical and flexible in approach to tasks. -Efficient communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey all project information to various stakeholders. -Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and budget management. -Efficient use of excel and word for pricing BoQ’s and writing up quotes. -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -Efficient computer literacy (use of emails, etc.).
