Traveling Field Superintendent

Tasks

-Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort. -May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities or may coordinate with client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations. -Manage field crews and craft labor between 5 to 30 people -Manage workflows and data -Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of remediation projects. -Responsible for the organization and direction of remediation and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline remediation project. -Responsibilities are to ensure assigned job site operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

What You Bring

-Comfortable working with a team toward a common goal, while working independently on individual tasks -Experience with the remediation of mine-related sites -This role is subject to Background, MVR and Medical Surveillance screenings. -10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or/education -Field remedial construction experience -OSHA 30 hour construction health and safety -Experience with CERCLA and RCRA remediation programs at complex sites -OSHA 40-hr Hazardous Waste certification. -Travel up to 100% to and from work sites required. Initial project will be in the regional area of Helena, Butte, Missoula, Bozeman. -US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required. Sponsorship will not be available for this role. -Experience with residential remediation projects -BA/BS Degree and (8) eight years of related experience and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or/education
