Tasks

-Project Leadership: Managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget. -Impactful Work: Shape national and regional decarbonisation strategies that influence policy and investment. -Business Strategy, Policy & Roadmaps: Advising clients on decarbonisation pathways and market positioning. -Technoeconomic Analysis: Evaluating the feasibility and impact of emerging technologies. -Thought Leadership: Contributing to market strategy and building ERM’s reputation in the industrial decarbonisation space. -Client Engagement: Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key clients. -Business Development: Identifying opportunities, leading proposal development, and expanding our client base across the region.

What You Bring

-A degree in a relevant field (Master’s or higher preferred). -Experience mentoring or line managing junior staff is a plus. -Strong commercial acumen and a passion for sustainability. -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas for diverse audiences. -Experience in management consulting, energy transition, or industrial decarbonisation. -Proven ability to deliver complex projects and build strong client relationships. -Expertise in one or more decarbonisation pathways (e.g., CCUS, electrification, hydrogen, heat networks). -Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a bonus.
