Tasks

-Conduct market analysis, end to end sourcing, and supplier negotiations to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. -Manage supplier relationships and service delivery. -Negotiate, implement and manage contracts with key suppliers and internal stakeholders. -Support global improvement projects and procurement strategies. -Promote Health, Safety, Environmental, and ESG initiatives within the category. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align on category strategies and sourcing activities. -Develop, implement, and maintain category strategies aligned with business requirements. -Drive cost-saving initiatives and meet procurement objectives and targets.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and relationship management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. -A minimum of 5 years in Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field. -CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent is advantageous. -Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred. -Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex change projects. -Experience in procurement processes and delivering results against targets. -High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and ERP systems.
