Manage delivery and development of Scheme Delivery Framework for traffic management in Areas 1 & 2.

What You Bring
-Previous demonstrable experience in the traffic management industry - either practical TM experience or experience of working in the highway maintenance sector -Proficient in the use of a PC, Microsoft Office suite of software and ability to work with other business management systems -Commercial understanding, with relevant capability to expand knowledge -Highly motivated and able to identify, follow-up and convert your own prospects/new business leads -Evidence to support process driven capabilities -A confident relationship-builder, capable of quickly establishing dynamic and collaborative working relationships with both customers and colleagues—relationships built on trust and consistent delivery -Formal commercial or business management qualifications -Local knowledge of the region’s construction and maintenance market, particularly Highways England, local authority highway maintenance and utilities highways works -IOSH Managing Safely/SSSTS/SMSTS or equivalent qualification -Full UK driving licence – travel around the operating area and for business meetings is required -Ability to establish dynamic working relationships
