  • Lifecycle Planning and Forecasting: Develop and manage asset lifecycle plans, including forecasting asset needs, planning for upgrades, and projecting costs associated with maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Being responsible for gathering updates from FM operations teams to inform monthly reviews.
  • Support the client’s monthly capital planning review process with all operational capital improvement/replacement activities (MEP infrastructure; Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
  • Develop and Implement Asset Management Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain a thorough asset management strategy aligned with client's business goals and financial objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner harmoniously with interdisciplinary groups, like Operations, Engineering, Projects, and the client’s Property Management team, to guarantee efficient asset management operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Asset Inventory and Tracking: Support the maintenance of a complete and accurate inventory of MEP infrastructure and soft assets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on asset condition, replacement planning, and cost. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization of capital replacement programming.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance asset management efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) – SMRP
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) – Association of Asset Management Professionals
  • Experience with asset management software and tools (CMMS, replacement cost forecasting, etc…)
  • Familiarity with capital planning processes within the context of FM operations priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • IAM Certificate – Institute of Asset Management
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in asset management/engineering, or a related field within the property/facility management sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Asset Management Professional (AMP) – PEMAC
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with asset data (infrastructure MEP equipment; Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and comfortable with manipulating large volumes of asset, work order and cost data
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
