12‑month software engineering internship developing embedded systems and Windows tools.

Tasks
-Contributing to the design and development of embedded systems and PC tools from concept to delivery. -Implementing key features and take ownership of design responsibilities. -Collaborating on international developments across various Siemens business units. -Designing microprocessor and Windows-based systems, automated test systems, and system integration. -Innovating new solutions for power transmission and distribution networks, including PC tools. -Developing software for embedded systems and products and provide ongoing support. -Participate in the Intern Collaboration Project, working across departments with likeminded interns on a passion project of your choice.

What You Bring
-Enjoys tackling challenges with a natural curiosity and drive to find effective solutions. -Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas and results clearly. -Currently studying towards a degree in Software Engineering or a similar subject area. -Knowledge of object-oriented and agile software design is also beneficial. -Experience with C#, C, C++, .NET, Python, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft Office, and Windows development is beneficial but not essential.
