Tasks

This role will support our on-site deployment and troubleshooting teams for Envera's integrated security systems, including cameras, access controls, and mobile app platforms. The position is responsible for IT related escalations, maintaining and resolving issues with networked security hardware, IoT devices, and cloud-connected systems while ensuring reliable performance and clear, professional communication with our customer-facing teams. -Interface directly with support teams for issue resolution and training. -Diagnose network, hardware, and integration issues for Envera cloud/mobile apps (Flutter/React). -Maintain documentation and participate in on-call support rotations. -Configure local network equipment, test connectivity for AWS-hosted platforms, and update firmware as needed.

What You Bring

-Ability to Install and repair security devices (access control, sensors, IP cameras, IoT devices) at client locations. -3+ years field installation/support for security systems, networking, and wireless devices. -High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's preferred. -Experience troubleshooting cloud/mobile device integrations (AWS, Flutter/React apps) -Strong customer communication skills and valid driver's license.
