Tasks

-Loan security; providing lenders with a comprehensive and independent report of the market, and rental value of a property or an entire portfolio -Company accounts valuation; providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets. -Fund valuation; providing asset management companies and investment trusts with the detailed information they require about their property holdings. -Diminution in value; providing accurate, independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and in situations such as claims of negligence in conveyancing.
