Qualify and supervise construction projects as licensed GC for Alabama EPC.

Tasks

-Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on all job sites. -Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. -Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership. -Maintain active license status and ensure all company activities comply with state regulations. -Serve as the qualifying party for K&A EPC, LLC’s Alabama General Contractor license in accordance with Alabama Licensing Board for General Contractors requirements. -Represent the company in licensing matters, inspections, and board communications. -Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. -Oversee day-to-day construction activities for projects. -Review and approve project plans, drawings, and work methods.

What You Bring

-Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews and complex projects. -Eligible to serve as a qualifying party under Alabama law. -Familiarity with substation, transmission line, collector system, and BESS construction. -Active Alabama General Contractor license in good standing. -Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project delivery. -Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in power/energy infrastructure. -Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs. -Strong knowledge of Alabama building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
