Tasks

As a Home Buying Specialist, you're the front line of Central City Solutions' growth. You’ll work directly with motivated homeowners to understand their situation, evaluate property conditions, and structure win-win purchase offers. This is a high-earning, high-impact role for sales professionals who know how to close. -Transaction help — Admin and transaction coordination with sellers and the title company to help take deals from offer to close. -Run in-home appointments across the Columbus metro (Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Union). -Build rapport quickly with homeowners (phone and in-person). -Negotiate agreements, manage your pipeline with disciplined follow-up, and hit weekly KPIs. -Partner with dispositions and transaction coordinators to move accepted deals smoothly to closing. -Evaluate condition and value, frame options, and craft win-win purchase offers within our buy box.
