To manage risk in service delivery and contribute to service delivery improvement initiatives.
To manage and undertake professional technical consultancy commissions including Technical Due Diligence, condition surveys, LTAs, PPM schedules etc.
to represent the company in a professional and diligent manner.
Manage client expectations
to liaise with the Project Managers and Team Leaders to ensure efficient financial control resulting in a cost effective service.
Represent the company; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a strong working relationship in true partnership

Multi-discipline experience.
To demonstrate organic revenue growth and implementation of the business plan in terms of the commercial building surveying offering.
Able to maintain total confidentiality at all times.
Degree and MRICS qualified (minimum 3 years PQE).
Able to manage own tasks from inception through to completion.
Able to manage priorities.
A team player who can develop and maintain excellent relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the Company and outside.

The role includes predominantly commercial building surveying work along with some Project Management across a range of building types although largely commercial. Experience in professional work such as dilapidations would be desirable.
