Tasks

-Develop and streamline workflows for efficient creative execution. -Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., printers, photographers, agencies). -Integrate new technologies, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output. -Oversee updates and evolution of visual identity as the brand grows. -Benchmark competitors and global best practices to elevate brand presentation. -Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple design projects with clear timelines and deliverables. -Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication channels. -Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines. -Design and oversee all creative output including campaigns, packaging, social media, presentations, and marketing collaterals. -Lead the development and execution of brand identity systems, visual languages, and design strategies. -Maintain quality control from concept through production. -Partner with marketing, strategy, and content teams to build cohesive brand narratives. -Ensure alignment of all internal and external design assets with brand standards. -Translate brand positioning and marketing objectives into compelling visual expressions. -Stay informed about design, branding, and cultural trends.

What You Bring

-Proven experience developing and managing brand design. -Strong communication and presentation skills. -Ability to balance creative excellence with practical business needs and brand goals. -Flexibly to changing priorities, trends, and feedback. -Strong conceptual and strategic thinking in brand design. -Experience with production processes (print, digital, packaging, OOH). -Prior brand design experience in Luxury Retail, Infrastructure, Hospitality, Food & Beverages, FMCG and Entertainment sectors is highly suitable. -Bachelors/masters degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. -Agency or in-house brand team experience is preferred. -10+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior/ team management role. -Excellent command of design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Aftereffects), Figma, or equivalent. -Expertise in visual identity systems, typography, color, layout, and composition.
