The Role

Overview

Provide guest hospitality, support event setup, and uphold brand standards at events.

Tasks

-Support event-day logistics including managing guest lists, distributing materials & tracking participation -Answer guest questions and help ensure an elevated experience for all attendees -Ensure brand standards are upheld through every guest touchpoint -Collaborate with team members and event leads to ensure seamless execution -Assist with event setup and breakdown, including unloading and packing materials -Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional interactions with guests -Maintain awareness of the event timeline and responsibilities -Monitor event flow and escalate guest concerns or operational issues appropriately -Fulfill assigned event-day tasks efficiently and independently -Serve as the welcoming face at events during guest check-in and throughout event activation

What You Bring

-On-site event experience with audiences ranging from 10 to 500 guests -Exposure to heat, weather changes, and other outdoor elements is common -Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors -Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills -Ambassadors opt in to events they are available and suited for -Ability to stand and walk for extended periods -Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality principles -2–5 years of event ambassador or hospitality experience -Must be willing to undergo pre-hire checks including Background and drug screen -Ability to engage with diverse audiences in a friendly, professional manner -Proven ability to adapt and solve problems in fast-paced environments -Comfortable leading guest-facing activations and a background in hospitality or events in preferred -Proactive, adaptable, and able to follow direction with minimal supervision -Flexibility to work across multiple event roles and formats is required -Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S. -Experience with vendor coordination, raffles, surveys, or guest activations is a plus -Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. -Must be able to perform duties during varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, or wind
