Tasks

-Administrative Support: You’ll also be responsible for note-taking at meetings, supporting the site management and HR teams, and assisting with any other administrative tasks as needed. -KPI Management: Collecting and analysing data to create meaningful reports that support decision-making. -Visitor & Event Management: Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring fire and safety procedures are adhered to, and supporting company events and promotions. -Administrative Duties: Overseeing internal/external correspondence and mail distribution -Employee Incentives & Payroll: Managing site depot incentive activities, processing purchase requisitions, and coordinating payments with Accounts Payable

What You Bring

-A continuous improvement mindset to constantly look for ways to drive efficiencies and improve processes -Experience in administration, ideally within a manufacturing environment -Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel -Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail -Strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. -Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
