Tasks
-Effectively utilizes the right data, reports, and tools for risk analysis and benchmarking -Monitors results of new processes, trouble-shoots failures and issues, and presents solutions to unsolicited problems -Reviews all project and estimate cash flows, contract terms, and change orders in detail for financial risks and opportunities -Creates an inviting workplace that motivates and challenges each team member to achieve career goals and strive for opportunities -Manages the division of responsibilities and communication between various project & home office departments -Analyzes and effectively communicates financial results of the project to upper level management -Understands the needs of the organization, aims to bring in high quality talent, and continually develops team members through critical conversations and performance reviews

What You Bring
-Proven track record of successfully developing or managing a team -Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future -Effective communication (both oral and written), organization, and interpersonal skills -Recognizes when and who to escalate specific conversations/issues -High level of professionalism and standards -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or an equivalent degree is required -Managerial experience -A minimum of 5 years of financial/data analysis or public accounting experience -Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills -Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel -Understands, substantiates, and reconciles all financial reports monthly and annually -CPA, MBA, or public accounting experience preferred -Knowledge of or familiarity with principal field business management systems: SAP -Understands financial reporting - including the upstream effects of reporting to other areas of the organization -Travel and/or relocation may be required for this position (up to 20%) -Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities -Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
