Assist contract manager in on-site construction, ensuring quality, safety & cost control.

Tasks

-Maintain accurate site diaries and project documentation. -Support financial management through cost tracking, quantity reporting, and variation control. -Assist with project planning, methodology, budgeting, and tender documentation. -Monitor on-site construction to ensure compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. -Promote a proactive safety culture and contribute to Downer's Zero Harm initiatives. -Track material procurement, deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
