BIM Technician

Overview

Develop and edit structural BIM models and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.

Tasks

-Set up BIM models and ensure compliance with client BIM standards and expectations. -Collaborate with internal and external design disciplines to monitor design-related changes and coordinate model distribution. -Assist the project manager with overall project responsibilities. -Accurately create and alter models and construction drawing sets. -Prepare final models and drawings under the design team's direction, from rough sketches, mark-ups, or verbal communication.

What You Bring

-Visualize and conceptualize in both 3-D and 2-D. -Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback. -Bluebeam Revu experience. -Highly organized with attention to detail. -Associate degree in Building Information Modeling, Computer-Aided Drafting, or a related field. -Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. -1+ years of Revit experience in structural engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
