- Collaborate with Optus and subcontractors to ensure accurate installation and mapping.
- Support fibre builds and civil construction works where microwave transmission is required.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with systems like Helix and MNIS.
- Play a key role in a Tier 1 client project with national impact.
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold safety standards.
- Perform link budget analysis, LOS reports, and testing (including RFC 2544).
- Lead technical design, commissioning, and troubleshooting of microwave radio links.

- Strong experience in microwave radio transmission, ideally with Optus networks.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Telecommunications preferred).
