-Ensure that the programmes for the contracts are successfully delivered in a Safe, Quality and On Time Manner. -Ensure weekly review of progress, budget, programming and resources and forward planning are carried out, and lookahead programmes are in place. -Drive compliance to any regulatory measures that may apply to the works and operations that Circet undertake. -Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to the level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver without delays. -Management and processing of DFE's. Includes reduction of client rejected DFE's, and monitoring of DFE approvals to ensure compliance with commercial agreements. -Manage Client relationships within the client organisations across all areas. -Ensure that all contracts achieve turnover and profitability by maximising efficiency and minimising cost of failure. -Ensure field-based team compliance with Circet's commercial policies and procedures. -Ensure that a 'Right First Time' culture is adopted and developed throughout the business. -Be the point of contact of Circet within your region and build relationships with key stakeholders including Client management and staff as well as local Councils. -Ensure works are carried out in the most cost-effective manner. -Maximise levels of productivity of both direct labour and sub-contractors, without compromising on safety and continuously drive efficiency. -Chair and attend internal and external meetings and ensure the projects are being delivered on time and on budget. -Fully understand and implement the company safety policy and procedures. -Manage the programming of all works within your region. -Ensure a commercial plan and end of life forecast is in place and monitored weekly for the successful commercial delivery of the project. -Ensure street works compliance in line with requirements as dictated by Local Authority. -Sponsor new ways of working which would improve delivery and service then support any activities being undertaken to implement change.
-Naturally collaborative, able to build relationships with key client and supply chain contacts. -Be a strong leader and have a proven track record in managing a multi-functional team -Degree educated or minimum 10 years' experience in telecoms management. -Experienced leader with proven track record in leading a multi-functional team. -Proven ability to deliver against operational targets. -Able to deliver excellent customer service. -NEBOSH National Certificate (General or Construction) -The ability to recruit and manage both Direct Labour staff as well as Subcontractors within your region. -Close out of IFN and EMR including all WIP related works. -Experience in an operational manager role. -Able to command respect and establish personal and business credibility.
