You’ll take ownership of infrastructure, roadway, and earth‑moving projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules, budgets, teams, and safety standards are met. -Direct experience working with the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) and familiarity with their standards, processes & compliance. -Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate field teams and collaborate cross‑functionally. -7+ years of project management experience in heavy‑civil, highway or infrastructure construction.
