Tasks

-Define and execute product strategy for coworking listings and search experience. -Collaborate with coworking operators and internal stakeholders to improve listing workflows and data quality. -Drive product releases in a fast-paced Agile software development environment. This includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes. -Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform roadmap decisions. -Develop features that enhance search relevance, personalization, and lead generation. -Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences. -Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.

What You Bring

-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. -Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. -Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience. -5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions. -Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development. -Proven ability to collaborate effectively with -functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and adoption. -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college. -A track record of commitment to prior employers. -Experience in commercial real estate or coworking/flexible office space. -Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile-scrum development environment.
