Lead a post-inspection meeting to report defective/substandard material/products to the customer and your manager.
Obtain customer approval with complete documentation/signatures on the SRO (Service Repair Order).
Train/Develop team members to maintain consistent quality service and safety standards for internal/external customers.
Maintain a clean/orderly customer work area, company vehicle, and equipment - follow all customer/Mazzella Companies’ Safety Guidelines.
Display courteous, professional service and effectively communicate with internal/external customers.
Safely lead a rigging inspection that exceeds customer expectations and helps glean repetitive business.

Qualified/Competent person with 400-600 field hours and 10-80 hours of inspection in each product group.
