Provide Power BI data visualizations and acquisition analysis for DTRA senior leadership.

Tasks

-Provide advanced data visualizations and analytics in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making for DTRA and required Directorate senior leadership -Provide Independent Cost Estimation for new acquisitions and Estimate at Completion analysis for existing contracts -Provide Budget Execution status and projected Budget Execution analysis in dashboard visualization using Power BI and other data visualization tools -Provide expert acquisition planning support; pre-award, post-award, source selection, and close out

What You Bring

-A minimum of ten (10) years of professional acquisition experience. -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree desired. -Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer. -Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment and synthesize information and draft summaries and reports. -Experience working in a time-sensitive environment with a high-level of accountability. -Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers. -Knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), desired. -Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project) -Experience working with and briefing senior level DoD personnel; excellent verbal and written communication and organizational and interpersonal skills -Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations. -Demonstrated experience in the ability and skills to manage multiple projects, keep track of, or adjust, existing tasks while identifying new tasks and expectations as projects evolve. -Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards, Office 365 SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer 2013 -Ability to perform detailed work with little guidance and interact in a positive manner with other government and industry personnel.
