Tasks

-Lead business development efforts across the T&D Equipment and Services portfolio, aligning with customer strategies and market trends. -Mentor team members, foster a high-performance culture, and support leadership with account insights, forecasts, and presentations. -Build and nurture strong relationships across all client levels, connecting internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration. -Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver unified, customer-centric solutions that benefit both Siemens Energy and the client. -Serve as the face of Siemens Energy for Transmission & Distribution, positioning the company as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner. -Act as the customer advocate internally, shaping winning strategies, resolving challenges, and influencing portfolio alignment.

What You Bring

-8 or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa. -Familiarity with financial targets and Salesforce.com; industry experience a plus. -Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or relevant field. -Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. -Proven leadership experience with a focus on collaboration and information sharing. -Flexible and adaptable in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
