As the on-site Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from mobilization through closeout - ensuring all construction activities are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
Lead daily site coordination, including deliveries, inspections, and stakeholder meetings
Oversee all phases of construction for lighting retrofit projects at Boeing’s Renton Campus
Track and report on project progress, including daily reports and 3-week look-ahead schedules
Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with Ameresco’s safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Manage project closeout, including documentation and final inspections
Maintain and update construction documentation in Procore (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.)
Coordinate and schedule equipment rentals, site services, and third-party inspections
Ensure quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) deliverables are met across all trades
Facilitate weekly construction meetings and generate meeting minutes

Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety planning
Proven experience managing $5M+ industrial construction projects, especially lighting retrofits
Proficiency in reading electrical drawings, cutsheets, and construction documentation
Willingness to work on-site in Renton, WA for the duration of the project (approx. 10 months)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent field experience)
PMP, CPM, or similar certifications preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve on-site issues promptly
Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
5+ years of experience in Project or Construction Management, ideally in industrial or MEP renovation projects
