Overview

Perform auxiliary line work and support construction/maintenance of power networks.

Tasks

-Maintenance and repairs to overhead and underground lines (up to 33kV, sometimes 110kV) -Proactively identifying and addressing health, safety, and quality issues -Operating electrical equipment safely and efficiently

What You Bring

-EWRB registered Line Mechanic (current and valid) -Strong communication and customer interaction skills -Close approach consents -Solid understanding of industry safety standards and best practices -Experience with distribution line construction and maintenance -Stand overs -Experience with using and navigating applications on an iPad -Accurately completing all required job documentation and reporting -Full NZ Class 1 driver’s licence (Class 2 or above preferred) -PPE and tools provided
