The Role

Overview

Inspect and assess water assets, compile reports and ensure compliance

Tasks

-Conducting inspections and testing in accordance with inspection plans -Liaising with operators and developers to facilitate connection of assets -Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders on asset construction issues, providing input to corporate water, sewerage, drainage and protection of asset manuals and guidelines -Compiling inspection reports, maintaining records and reporting on compliance with conditions -Auditing asset construction to ensure construction method, materials used and level of accreditation of construction personnel are to corporate standards -Evaluating new products/technology for use in the operation of assets

What You Bring

-Ability to write and compile corporate reports and interpret plan specifications/standards -Substantial experience within the water and wastewater industries (or related Infrastructure) -Relevant experience in contract inspection of infrastructure -Understanding of Asset Protection processes and guidelines -Ability to Commit and Contribute to a safety first culture.
