Tasks
-Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology -Preparation of scheduling best practices and procedures -Provide regular updates on schedule progress through expert analysis and reporting -Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions -Attend Risk Analysis workshops and support the QRA process -Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical plan methodology -Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure it to allow review at a range of levels and details -Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans -Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value by fostering an environment of top performance and growth through excellent mentorship and leadership -Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome -Review external schedules to ensure that they are compiled using scheduling best practices -Ensure there is a clear method in place for base-lining of schedules and manage periodic updates

What You Bring
-Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience on data centre or mission critical projects -Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction related discipline -Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun -Are an experienced planning manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadership -Have experience working with Primavera P6 software
