Tasks

-Address issues identified during initial design reviews and ensure timely resolution. -Ensure electrical prints and EBOMs meet quality, code, and design standards while supporting on-time project delivery. -Coach and mentor the next generation of technical talent. -Collaborate across teams to resolve design issues, clarify scope, and ensure project alignment. -Lead the design process from kickoff through production to deliver the electrical drawing set and electrical bills of materials (EBOMs). -Provide clarity and direction to support Production during the build and test processes.

What You Bring

-5+ years experience preferred -ERP system knowledge preferred -Respectful and team oriented -Experience in electrical design, project engineering, or manufacturing support roles. -Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and power system design principles. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred -Innovative & adaptable -Knowledge of bill of materials (BOM) creation and management.
