Overview

Conduct commercial real estate valuations and build client relationships.

Tasks

-Collaborate with other team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results. -Execute valuation and appraisal assignments -Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends. -Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely.

What You Bring

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications -Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license or pursuing this. -2-3 years of related work experience. CRE experience/ background is required. -Team player mentality with excellent communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree. Advanced appraisal class curriculum completion preferred. -Communicate with clients to foster new and existing client relationships. Demonstrate an ability to originate new client relationships.
