Coordinate retrieval, shipping, and tracking of IT assets for offboarding employees.

Tasks
-Collecting information regarding all IT assets in physical possession of departing colleague and verifying with "Assigned Assets" in CMDB. -Contacting offboarding colleague's manager or colleague directly (in the case of non-offboarding events) via email, or teams -Tracking SLA timer of tickets and assigned coverage technician. -Organization and timeliness: Coordinators are responsible for action on hundreds of tickets per month, each of which take multiple touches at different points in the process. -Reassigning assets to locations in CMDB per manager's request and updating asset records. -Tracking movement of boxes to and from colleagues for workflow and escalation purposes -Establishing a point of contact and address to send boxes for retrieval of assets -Scheduling drop-off times/location and coordinating with local technician to ease interaction with departing colleagues still in possession of company assets. -Interfacing with UPS website in accordance with the customer SOP for OER, creating and attaching shipping labels to TASK level ticket. -Escalation of non-conforming requests both internal and customer partner divisions in accordance with SLA timer and the customer SOP

What You Bring
-Must be able to lift 20lb boxes as team coverage might require coordinators to step in and assist with the manual labor of processing retrieved IT equipment. -Clear and concise communication skills -3 years professional experience -General proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Office software -Gaining high proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system and being able to assess requests from REQ to TASK level while understanding which levels apply to various functions of the coordination process and provide feedback/support to leadership and technicians.
