The Role

Overview

Manage estate upkeep, operations, and security at Shoalwater Bay Training Area.

Tasks

-Capture TARM and EU performance metrics. Provide input into reporting to support the PAS Manager. -Conduct inspection, maintenance and upkeep of all training areas and camp assets. -Ensure alignment with Defence infrastructure strategies and compliance standards. -Support the region PAS Manager, by providing Range / Estate Upkeep maintenance, operation and security. This includes after-hours caretaker duties during exercises. -Provide technical and non-technical range operation and maintenance, including booking management, site preparedness and support services.

What You Bring

-Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. -Strong understanding of Defence estate planning and compliance frameworks. -Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and reporting for infrastructure projects. -Extensive experience in estate development and infrastructure management. -Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or related fields.
