Tasks

-Prepare next-day and two-week scheduling checklists to stay ahead of upcoming work. -Track booking rates, dispatch efficiency, and customer satisfaction to spot trends. -Coordinate with technicians, warehouse, and leadership to keep jobs on track. -Confidently turn inquiries into booked jobs through clear, friendly communication. -Conduct post-job debriefs to confirm standards were met and capture key feedback. -Serve as the first impression for customers, answering calls and understanding their needs. -Maintain a professional, empathetic, solutions-oriented approach on every call. -Own the daily schedule by assigning the right technician to the right job. -Collaborate across departments to strengthen teamwork and elevate the customer experience. -Monitor the dispatch board in real time and adjust to shifting priorities. -Follow up on open or canceled jobs to maximize conversions and keep schedules full. -Recommend process improvements that streamline communication and boost results.

What You Bring

-Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sales-minded, customer-first approach. -Ability to pass a background check. -Proven experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service, preferably in the home services or electrical industry. -Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch platforms. -High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus. -Exceptional multitasking ability and composure under pressure.
