Overview

Lead product and supplier quality initiatives from NPI to end-of-life, driving investigations and continuous improvement.

Tasks

-Coordinate supplier sorting activities, onsite supplier visits, and manage supplier quality within assigned product scope. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and supplier processes. -Lead investigations into customer quality issues and develop effective corrective and preventive actions. -Participate in Customer First Article Inspections (FAIs) and support audit activities. -Analyze test logs, failure analysis reports, and supplier 8D documentation. -Manage customer process and product quality elements including Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (pFMEA), quality target setting, and performance monitoring. -Support global quality initiatives in coordination with the Worldwide Quality Engineering (WW QE) team. -Establish and maintain manufacturing control systems and quality reporting mechanisms. -Collaborate with global and local Quality, Test, and Supplier Engineering teams to improve systems, product quality, and supplier performance.

What You Bring

-Experience with standards and audit processes. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365. -Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset. -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. -Proven experience in supplier quality management and leadership. -Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. -Minimum of 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, preferably in the technology or electronics industry. -Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, pFMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
